In our first semester, we were given the task of bringing to life the brand of a fake brewing company – Four Mile Brewing Co. Inspired by Four Mile lake, cottage country, and that “get out of the city” vibe, I brought to life a fun, summery, but simple and muskokan brand for the brewery. The logo and imagery itself took inspiration from the idea of being “out on the water” as many boaters and seasonal cottagers call it. It’s a feeling of freedom, of relaxation, and it was essential to capture it.
